Fixed price quotations:
We provide quotations free of charge. First we will arrange to make a visit to the property to assess the work to be done. We then provide a fully itemised, fixed price quotation – not just an estimate.
Throughout the job all costs are explained to the customer and agreed up front, before any work is undertaken. Any alterations or additions to the original quotation will always be promptly and fairly communicated to the customer.
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (Test Certificates):
If you are a landlord in the private rental sector or if you are buying or selling a property the EICR is suitable for you.
Private Rental Sector (PRS) discounted fixed price of £300.00 (local area only)
This includes one distribution board and up to 6 circuits which will cover most flats and some houses.
Home-buyer and commercial EICR and all non-local areas:
£83.00.00 per distribution board, and £43.50 per circuit.

Electrician per hour £93.00 (billed in 15 minutes increments after first hour)

– Service charge only billed once per job no matter how many visits are required.
