Sometimes, providing a fixed price for a specific item is inappropriate, typically when the scope is hidden (e.g., deep fault finding or unknown cable routes).
When this is the case, we clearly identify that the line item is estimated and provide guidance on the cost range. This is always detailed within the written quotation.
As a project progresses, changes are often required. Whether requested by the customer or necessitated by changes from other trades, these may involve additional costs.
Any potential additional costs are fully explained to you, and approval is gained before any further work is carried out.

Discounted fixed price of £336.00 (local area only).
Includes up to 6 circuits which will cover most flats and some smaller houses.
This normally is enough for most flats and some smaller houses.

£95.00 fixed fee plus £49.00 per circuit.
Minimum charge £389.00.
We can ascertain the number of likely circuits from a photograph of your consumer unit(s).
